My Approach
My approach to counselling is person-centred in that my work is tailored to each client's specific needs. I am passionate about weaving together theory and experience to create an offering as unique as the individual I'm working with. I bring an intersectional feminist and trauma-informed lens to my work with children, youth, adults and families.

Working with Children and Teens
I am working towards becoming a Certified Play Therapist in BC. My current focus is Synergetic Play Therapy which is the study of interpersonal neurobiology and nervous system regulation. I am also working towards becoming a Certified AutPlay Therapy Provider in order to provide affirming care for neurodivergent children and teens.
My counselling space offers expressive play and art-based therapies.
